The beginnings of the company date back to 1935 when a modest food establishment was opened located in El Pozo Concejil square in the city of Murcian in the Alhama de Murcia region. In 1954, it started its industrial activity with its first sausage factory and since then it has continued to grow, based on a strategy of reinvestment and constant improvement.
