This is our breadmaking philosophy. We have embraced it every day since 1970, when our first shop opened in the centre of Vicenza, and we live by it to this day, bringing delicious creations to your table and sparking your imagination.
The Morato brand can be traced back to a small shop in Vicenza where Luigi began mixing water and flour and trying out new ideas. He developed a new concept of bread, delicious and convenient, with an innovative design. He baked bread that would appeal to everyone, that would be something familiar from their everyday lives and become essential to the table throughout Italy.
In 2020 Morato celebrated its first 50 years of business, half a century of tradition and innovation, a milestone reached with you.
