The Morato brand can be traced back to a small shop in Vicenza where Luigi began mixing water and flour and trying out new ideas.
He developed a new concept of bread, delicious and convenient, with an innovative design.
He baked bread that would appeal to everyone, that would be something familiar from their everyday lives and become essential to the table throughout Italy.
